About The Position

Field Force Merchandising is seeking part-time retail service merchandisers for ongoing programs in major retail chains. This is a permanent, part-time independent contractor position requiring one service call per week. Service visits must be completed on Wednesdays and take an estimated 30–60 minutes in store. During service visits, merchandisers change point-of-sale (POS) materials on self-standing refrigeration and/or freezer units. Promotional visits may also involve changing out POS materials and product. The role includes stocking units and verifying that they are functioning properly.

Requirements

• Be detail oriented and able to follow project instructions, provide exceptional service, and report accurate data and photos.
• Be able to build positive relationships with Department Managers, Associates, and the Store Management Team.
• Have a phone capable of taking photos of completed work and uploading them to the service call report.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 1 year of merchandising and/or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete one service call per week, with service visits performed on Wednesday as specified by the client.
• Change POS materials on self-standing refrigeration and/or freezer units.
• During promotional visits, change out POS materials and product.
• Stock the units with product.
• Verify that the units are functioning properly.
• Complete service visits by the end date of the cycle and report the work on the same day as the service.
• Take photos of completed work and upload them to the service call report.
