Giant Eagle Grocery Merchandiser
About The Position
Field Force Merchandising is seeking part-time retail service merchandisers for ongoing programs at major retail chains. This is a permanent, part-time independent contractor position requiring one service call per week. The service visits are at Giant Eagle stores and must be completed on Wednesdays as specified by the client. Each visit is estimated to take 30–60 minutes in store. Work includes changing point-of-sale (POS) materials on self-standing refrigeration and/or freezer units, changing POS materials and product during promotional visits, stocking units with product, and checking that the units are functioning properly.
Requirements
- Be detail oriented and able to follow project instructions.
- Provide exceptional service and report accurate data and photos.
- Build positive relationships with Department Managers, Associates, and the Store Management Team.
- Have a phone capable of taking photos of completed work and uploading them to the service call report.
- Complete service visits by the cycle end date and report work on the same day.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year of merchandising and/or retail experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete one service call per week, with visits completed on Wednesday.
