Requirements

Minimum age of 18.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Store operations, fresh, and/or non-perishable experience.
Familiarity with Zebra functionality (TC-52) and markdown equipment.
Knowledge of basic math, including counting, addition, and subtraction.
Ability to work in cold conditions and lift up to 25 pounds.
Meticulous and highly organized, with the ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

Retail experience.
A second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).

Responsibilities

Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, safety and food safety regulations, and company guidelines.
Promote trust and respect among associates.
Work any shift as needed, including early mornings, and demonstrate dependability.
Perform daily code checks, rotate products, and process price reductions for fresh and non-perishable departments.
Use the Zebra (TC-52) and markdown equipment.
Coach and train the back-up coordinator.
Display a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
Understand company code dating, rotation, and markdown policies.
Communicate effectively and provide feedback to the back-up coordinator, department leaders, and store leadership.
Reinforce safety programs by following safety procedures, identifying unsafe conditions, and notifying store management.
Report safety risks, customer or associate accidents, and illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud.
Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
