About The Position

As a Dairy Department Clerk, you help keep the dairy section fresh, organized, and stocked for customers. You rotate and shelve products, monitor freshness, maintain clean and appealing displays, assist shoppers, support inventory accuracy, and help receive and place orders. The role is active and fast-paced, involves working in cool, refrigerated environments, and requires being on your feet throughout the day. This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Familiarity with food safety and freshness protocols and maintaining product quality.
• Ability to manage inventory, rotate stock, and keep shelves organized and full.
• Friendly customer-service approach and ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to product dates, cleanliness, and display standards.
• Comfort working in refrigerated environments and staying active throughout the shift.
• Willingness to collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Familiarity with handheld inventory devices and basic computer systems for order tracking and receiving.
