About The Position

As a Stocker, you keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, you stock products on the sales floor, organize shelves, and assist customers with questions or locating items. Overnight, you prepare the store for the next day by processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer traffic.

You also help keep backroom and sales-floor operations organized by moving products to the floor, rotating inventory, keeping aisles clear, and maintaining clean work areas. The work involves handling freight and frequent physical activity in a fast-paced environment. Schedules may include daytime, evening, or overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear customer communication, product and store-layout familiarity, attention to detail, organization, time management, inventory awareness, and adaptability to varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves and maintain display standards.
• Assist customers with questions and help them locate items.
• Process deliveries and reset displays, including preparing the store for the next day during overnight shifts.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor and maintain backroom organization.
• Rotate inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate labeling and removal of outdated products.
• Keep aisles and work areas clean, clear, and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and other store equipment in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and stocking processes.
