The GRO Canadian Segment stream is a 24-month program that offers dynamic experiences across areas such as Manulife Bank, Group Benefits, Affinity, Strategy, and Insurance. Launch your career as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Process Excellence Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Automation Analyst when you join this stream and gain exposure to cross-functional project work. You’ll gain hands-on experience in business development and strategic planning while cultivating expertise that drives organizational success and customer impact. You’ll develop a strong foundation in digital and analytical acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving. Requirements

  • Pursuing a undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics (or a related discipline), with an expected graduation of Spring 2027.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningful changes.
  • A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in interpreting data and applying data-driven insights to guide business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Strong analytical and technical acumen, and an ability to synthesize data
  • Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments, embracing new challenges with flexibility and resilience.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining trust with team members and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions.
  • Engage in project management activities that enhance digital capabilities and streamline processes within Manulife.
  • Collaborate with different teams to improve customer service and distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize analytics to support decision-making processes in group benefits, strategy, and/or insurance, aiming to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
