About The Position

Team members focus on grinding and finishing, operate production equipment including cobots and auto-grinders, and work toward daily production targets while maintaining craftsmanship, accuracy, and quality. The work is hands-on, physically demanding, repetitive, and organized around clear tasks, deadlines, and productivity metrics. Success requires reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to ask for or provide support. No specific grinding experience is required; a track record of focused, productive work is desired, and manufacturing experience is a plus.
