About The Position
Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join its team in Lima, Ohio. The Grill Line Cook is responsible for setting up and tearing down the grill line, preparing and cooking food, presenting food, and cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen. The role prepares food to order according to specifications and standard grill-line recipes, operates grills and fryers, and performs sautéing, broiling, and baking as instructed. The cook also stores and handles food properly and follows kitchen safety and sanitation protocols and company policies and procedures.
