About The Position

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join its team in Lima, Ohio. The Grill Line Cook is responsible for grill-line setup and teardown, food preparation and cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation. The role involves preparing food to order according to specifications and recipes, operating grills and fryers, and following food-safety procedures. Night and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order according to specifications.
• Follow standard grill-line recipes.
• Operate grills and fryers; sauté, broil, and bake according to cooking instructions.
• Set up and tear down the food-preparation workspace.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Properly store and handle food.
• Follow food-service safety and sanitation protocols throughout the kitchen.
