About The Position

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates for a Grill Line Cook role in Lima, Ohio. The role is responsible for setting up and tearing down the grill line, preparing and cooking food, presenting dishes, and keeping the kitchen clean and sanitary. Cooks prepare food to order according to specifications and recipes, operate grills and fryers, and use sautéing, broiling, and baking techniques as instructed. They also handle and store food properly, maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces, follow food-service safety and sanitation protocols, and comply with company policies and procedures.
