About The Position

We are a Five-Star restaurant located within a Triple Five-Star Resort — one of only 14 properties worldwide with this level of recognition. Our team delivers world-class dining experiences built on precision, consistency, and a passion for excellence. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grill Cook to join our distinguished culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience on a Montague grill and the ability to perform at the highest level during dinner service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional grill cook experience (fine dining or luxury resort experience preferred)
• Proficiency with high-volume dinner service and grill station management
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining five-star standards
• Reliability, consistency, and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the Montague grill with precision and consistency
• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled proteins to exact specifications
• Maintain proper temperatures, timing, and plating standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless dinner service
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols
