About The Position
Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club is seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to help deliver exceptional dining experiences. The Grill Cook executes high-quality dishes with precision and consistency, working under the guidance of the Sous Chef in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen that values creativity, excellence, and continuous growth. The club is located in Tampa, Florida, and offers a salary of $19.00–$21.00 per hour. The scheduled workdays are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Hours may vary, and additional shifts may be required for special events and banquets. Employment offers are contingent upon successfully completing a background check.
Requirements
- Be legally eligible to work and serve in Florida and be at least 18 years old.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in pantry roles.
- Be proficient at pantry stations.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings.
- Be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be self-starting and passionate about culinary excellence.
- Be an independent thinker who can work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Have a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Execute recipes according to the Sous Chef’s specifications.
