The responsibility of the Grill Cook is to prepare, cook, and serve food items on the grill and to coordinate with the Executive Chef on all daily and special function menus. This role involves setting up, restocking, and breaking down the grill station, preparing daily meal items and specials, and ensuring adherence to recipes and product directions. The Grill Cook will operate various kitchen equipment, manage food waste, maintain cleanliness of the station and equipment, and uphold safety standards. This position requires strong culinary knowledge, food safety certification, and excellent customer service skills. The role involves significant physical activity, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and working in temperature-extreme environments.
