The responsibility of the Grill Cook is to prepare, cook, and serve food items on the grill and to coordinate with the Executive Chef on all daily and special function menus. This role involves setting up, restocking, and breaking down the grill station, preparing daily meal items and specials, and ensuring adherence to recipes and product directions. The Grill Cook will operate various kitchen equipment, manage food waste, maintain cleanliness of the station and equipment, and uphold safety standards. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with management and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
