The Cook assists the Chef or General Manager by preparing, cooking, and serving food. This role involves preparing food items according to recipes and menus, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment functionality, operating food stations, requisitioning supplies, and monitoring menus and spending for economic preparation. The position also requires maintaining awareness of safety issues and reporting them immediately.
