This role is for a Sales Director in the East Region for Grid Automation NAM. The director is accountable for the commercial and financial performance of their sub-region, including growth in orders, sales, profit, and market share. They will manage the business and team within the defined strategy and annual operating plan, co-leading growth actions and driving to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. The position involves creating value/outcomes-based sales strategies, driving business development across the GA portfolio, building strong customer relationships, and leading and coaching a sales team. The director will also deliver operational results, provide customer feedback to product management, develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, and contribute to the sub-region operating plan. Compliance with company policies, quality procedures, and regulations, along with driving integrity, compliance, and EHS leadership, are also key aspects of the role.
