Testa Rossa, meaning 'red head' in Italian is a spicy, sexy new addition to the Fearless Restaurants collection of independently owned restaurants. The new location will be located at the Shoppes at Brinton Lake. The bold flavors of Italian-American cuisine inspire Testa Rossa, it will offer a fun, energetic dining experience with a vibrant, Italian modernist design. Testa Rossa focuses on freshly made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Italian entrees. With over 180 indoor seats and 100 seats on the outdoor patio, this new restaurant promises to deliver an exciting and lively atmosphere.

Requirements

• Be happy and constantly smiling
• Experience with OpenTable Guest Center
• Willing to make regulars at our neighborhood restaurant
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates

Responsibilities

• Welcome our guests with a friendly demeanor into our home
• Understand table numbers, seat positions, and flow of service
• Be graceful in answering telephones, confirming reservations, and showing guests to tables
• Have a desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Maintain accurate knowledge of hours of operation, relevant service, and facility information
• Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality
