About The Position

As a Greeter / Host / Hostess, you are the first friendly face guests see and help set the tone for their dining experience. You warmly welcome guests, check them in using Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system, and guide them to their assigned tables. You help manage dining-room flow by seating guests efficiently, supporting smooth table turnover, and helping reduce wait times. With a focus on hospitality and organization, you help ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of from arrival.

Requirements

Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Positive and professional attitude.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to provide documentation to work legally in the United States.
