About The Position

A Greeter at Meier’s Creek Brewing Company creates a welcoming first impression for guests and contributes to teamwork and a positive guest experience. This part-time position offers up to 20 hours per week. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required; weekday evening availability is preferred. The role is non-exempt and pays $16 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Manage the waitlist and seat guests in an organized and timely manner.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and managers to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Keep the greeter stand, menus, and front entrance area clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs in a friendly manner.
• Process Meier’s Creek merchandise and retail beer sales.
• Support the team during busy shifts and contribute to a positive guest experience.
