About The Position
Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is seeking a Service Greeter to provide a professional and welcoming first impression. This role involves scheduling appointments, determining the nature of client visits, escorting clients to the appropriate department, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be confident in customer service, comfortable with technology, and possess an acceptable driving record.
Requirements
- Confidence in customer service engagement.
- 1+ year of prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
- Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and welcome the client when they arrive
- Provide a professional and welcoming first impression of Michael's Toyota
- Determine the nature of our client's visit and escort the client to the appropriate department/area
- Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide exceptional service
- Provide administrative support to the staff
- Maintain client refreshments and waiting areas
