About The Position

Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for a top-notch Greeter to join their craft 'ohana. This role involves overseeing the retail store, managing merchandise, assisting guests with purchases, greeting customers, and managing the waitlist. The position also requires ensuring compliance with alcohol service guidelines and supporting the Front of House team. Requirements

• You have some experience in customer service preferred
• You are personable, get along great with others and know how to be a team player
• You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
• TB clearance is necessary upon being hired (as per State of Hawaii regulations for restaurants/food handling)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the retail store, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests with retail purchases
• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage the waitlist
• Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
• Support the FOH team with various tasks.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
