Green Career Essentials
About The Position
The Career Essentials for the Green Economy is a free, fully online, self-paced career readiness program for students, recent graduates, career changers, and early-career professionals. Through practical, employer-informed modules, participants explore green career pathways, strengthen their professional brand, and develop skills to navigate internships, job applications, interviews, and workplace expectations across climate, energy, sustainability, nonprofit, and community impact fields. The program takes approximately 12–15 hours to complete and offers rolling enrollment. Participants can access career readiness training, a certificate of completion, a digital credential, career resources, and future opportunities.
