About The Position

Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Greek Teacher for a client in Burlington, Canada. This is a one-to-one, general course with a total of 30 hours, with sessions lasting two hours each. The student is a beginner and the motivation for learning is family heritage. The student's schedule is once per week, on Fridays or Saturdays during the morning or early afternoon. The preferred start date is October 2, 2026. The schedule and location may be flexible based on availability. The hourly rate is negotiable.

Requirements

• Native Greek speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
• Valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 30 km of L8B0G1, Burlington.
• Submit CV with references (if available).
• Submit availability.
• Submit earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized language training to a beginner student.
• Conduct one-to-one, two-hour sessions.
• Adapt to potential flexibility in schedule and location.
