About The Position

JBS USA is hiring a Grease Recovery Operator in Green Bay. The role operates and monitors pre-treatment DAF systems that collect #2 grease from plant wastewater, as well as melt tank and centrifuge equipment. The operator safely fills and loads semi-tankers with #2 grease, including climbing on top of tankers when required, and performs routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. The position supports wastewater processes and continuous improvement initiatives while complying with safety and environmental regulations. The schedule is 2nd shift, 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m., with flexibility to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed. Pay is $26.55–$33.05 per hour.

• Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or wastewater operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
