About The Position

Christian Family Care is seeking a talented Graphics & Marketing Specialist to create compelling visual communications that support our mission, programs, fundraising efforts, and brand. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys graphic design, digital marketing, website management, and social media, in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design, marketing, or visual communications experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in design, layout, typography, photo editing, and brand management.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, New Media Design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must be able to pass 5-panel drug screen, obtain fingerprint clearance card, DCS background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Design print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, event materials, and social media graphics.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and email marketing initiatives.
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress.
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Manage photography, creative assets, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
