The Graphics / Visual Communications Specialist will translate complex organizational and programmatic content into clear, professional, and visually compelling products for senior-level stakeholders — including GS-15 civilians, Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders, and flag officers. This is a highly visible role requiring executive-caliber design judgment, discretion with sensitive material, and the ability to deliver polished products under tight, leadership-driven timelines. The Specialist works closely alongside the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, translating change management content and stakeholder communications into finished visual products that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
