About The Position
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for creating, producing, and maintaining all campus signage. The Graphics Specialist will meet with campus clients to understand their signage needs, review signage projects in collaboration with Facilities Management Interior Design and University Relations, and oversee student employee staff. This position also manages the sign shop for quality work and material inventory, and communicates effectively with others on signage projects. Other related duties are assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Three years of experience with signage including CNC router and vinyl printing work, or any combination of equivalent experience and art or drafting training exclusive of high school courses that totals two years
- Post-secondary student experience will be considered
Responsibilities
- Creates, produces, and maintains all campus signage
- Meets with campus clients to understand their signage needs
- Reviews all signage projects while collaborating with Facilities Management Interior Design and University Relations
