As a Graphic & Web Designer, you will create visual assets ranging from logos and marketing collateral to PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint sites, and interactive digital experiences. You will work with government clients on recurring deliverables such as executive IT performance reports, customer experience and communications dashboards, governance pre-read packages, PMR decks, infographics, and data visualizations. Deliverables must be on-brand, usability-tested, and compliant with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements. The role involves collaboration with client front-office personnel and digital technology teams to understand objectives, audiences, and deadlines, then translate those needs into effective visual communication. You will manage multiple projects, respond to stakeholder feedback through rapid iteration, maintain reusable design assets and guidance, and pilot AI-enabled content generation, tailoring, summarization, and accessibility checking. Steampunk states that compensation depends on factors including geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected annual compensation range is $100,000 to $140,000. Salary is one aspect of the total compensation package; additional benefits are referenced but not detailed in the posting.
