About The Position

Entravision is seeking a creative, detail-oriented junior graphic designer to join its marketing agency. The role creates digital assets for a variety of clients, including social media graphics, landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials. The designer collaborates with the creative team to develop ideas and maintain brand consistency across projects. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, and is full time. Actual schedule and hours may vary.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideas for using AI to save time and proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• After Effects experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML, Premiere, or print is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rough design concepts for banners and social media for different brands.
• Create landing page layouts using platforms such as Leadpages.
• Develop a specific look and feel for each piece based on its concept.
• Work with multiple brands and create original visuals that reflect each brand’s graphic system.
• Support senior designers on brand and strategic design work.
• Participate in design projects from concept through completion.
• Produce drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions.
