About The Position

Communication & Design (C&D) is a specialty practice within HUB that focuses on creating multi-channel campaigns for Employee Benefit Communications. The team aims to engage employees and simplify benefits information. They are looking for an experienced graphic designer to contribute to their work, making communications fresh, inclusive, and fun. Designers are central to the team, creating original designs and editing existing materials to align with client brand guidelines. The role requires balancing artistic skills with client expectations. The team values humor, creativity, and individuality.

Requirements

• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic proficiency in WordPress.
• Ability to interpret and uphold clients’ visual brand guidelines for multiple clients.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to compose clear and concise correspondence.
• Bachelor (of Art/Science) Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• At least two years of graphic design experience in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite).
• High-speed, dependable internet is a must.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit and update existing materials to meet client brand guidelines.
• Create original designs.
• Produce and deliver work on time and on brand, working within design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Manage client assets.
• Develop, organize, and maintain client folders within a shared network.
• Navigate multiple projects for multiple clients daily.
