About The Position

Hygiena is seeking a Graphic Designer III to join its team in Camarillo, California. This full-time, exempt role produces print, digital, motion graphics, large-format, trade show, and presentation design work using master templates and modular assets maintained by the Senior Graphic Designer. The designer applies the brand system with independent creative judgment, translates scientific and technical information into visuals, creates campaign materials and playbooks for global localization, and approves final print artwork against brand standards and production specifications. The role also manages production vendors, coordinates photo shoots, agrees on scope and delivery dates with stakeholders, provides peer guidance, and maintains finished assets and source files in the digital asset management system. Graphic Design at Hygiena supports a consistent visual identity across regions, segments, and formats. The role extends the existing brand system into new applications and recommends new templates or modules where recurring needs are not covered. Campaign materials are designed so regional teams can localize them without redesign, with editable source files, layouts accommodating translated text, usage guidance, and assets filed for regional access. The campaign owner is responsible for playbook content and rollout, while the Director of Global Brand & Corporate Marketing approves changes to brand standards. The position is based in Camarillo, California. The California salary range is $75,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on experience. Hygiena describes itself as a global provider of rapid microbiology diagnostic tests and solutions, with a core focus on food safety and a presence in more than 100 countries.
