About The Position

Corcoran Sunshine is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our Planning & Design department. This is a hands-on graphic design role supporting the creation, refinement, and organization of visual materials used across our new development portfolio. The intern will balance regularly assigned design work, special projects, and select on-site field research. Candidates should have a strong interest in graphic design, real estate, marketing, architecture, research, and New York City. This position is full-time, based in our NYC office, 37.5 hours per week for up to 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Create and update analytical graphics, diagrams, and visual materials used in Planning & Design deliverables, including reports and presentations
• Prepare, format, and maintain highly organized design files and templates, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standard
