About The Position

We're seeking a Graphic Artist with Digital marketing and creative skills, available for a one-year contract. Responsible for designing and producing creative assets across email marketing, digital advertising, website content, and promotional campaigns to support brand and business objectives. Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual content that enhances customer engagement and drives conversions.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, content creation, or a related creative field.
Knowledge of creative content production, including photo and video workflows, with the ability to support campaign execution from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support complex creative projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
Bilingual (French/English); English is necessary for this position since the person will work daily with customers and partners that are outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

Design and execute email marketing campaigns from concept through production, including layout, asset creation, and platform integration.
Create digital assets for websites, landing pages, homepage banners, paid advertising, and social media campaigns.
Develop seasonal campaign creative, promotional graphics, and evergreen marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
Produce and adapt creative content for multiple channels, ensuring designs are optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.
Support content production by preparing creative assets for photography and video, assisting with campaign planning, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a high level of quality control through careful attention to detail, organization, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative processes, campaign performance, and overall user experience.
