About The Position

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring Grant Reviewers on behalf of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) for its High-Impact Tutoring grant competition. Reviewers provide independent K-12 education expertise by reading, scoring, and commenting on competitive grant applications. OSSE uses reviewer scores to recommend applications for funding and selects reviewers from a qualified pool, giving preference to those who have satisfactorily completed reviews for previous OSSE competitions. This is a remote, part-time independent contractor assignment paid per application successfully reviewed. Reviewers complete work on their own schedule within established deadlines using OSSE’s online Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS). The approximate commitment includes a virtual EGMS training and orientation webinar, a review window usually lasting two weeks after applications are assigned, and a facilitated phone or video discussion if panel scores differ significantly. The approximate completion date is September 10, 2027; final dates will be confirmed before orientation. Compensation is $150 per application successfully reviewed, with reviewers typically assigned two or more applications. Payment is made after OSSE verifies completion of the entire review process and is issued by Dhaka Technologies Limited Company by direct deposit or check within 30 calendar days of verification. Failure to complete timely, high-quality reviews may affect payment and disqualify the reviewer from future assignments. Applicants should email a resume to [email protected] with the job title in the subject line. The resume should show the applicant’s degree and field experience. Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a Grant Reviewer Application and Conflict of Interest Form before recommendation to OSSE.
