About The Position

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring Grant Reviewers on behalf of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) for the Scholarships for Opportunity and Results (SOAR) Third-Party grant competition. Reviewers provide independent subject matter expertise by reading, scoring, and commenting on competitive grant applications from third-party organizations. Applications are reviewed remotely in OSSE’s online Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS), and reviewer scores inform funding recommendations. OSSE selects reviewers from a qualified pool and prefers reviewers who have satisfactorily completed reviews for its competitions in previous years. This is a remote, part-time, short-term independent-contractor assignment paid per application reviewed. Reviewers complete work on their own schedule within the applicable deadlines. The process includes EGMS training and a virtual orientation webinar, a review window usually lasting two weeks from application assignment, and a facilitated phone or video discussion if panel scores differ significantly. The approximate completion date for reviewer work is June 4, 2027; final dates are confirmed before orientation. Reviewers are typically assigned two or more applications. Compensation is $150 per application successfully reviewed and is paid only after OSSE verifies completion of the entire review process, including training, orientation, timely and rigorous scoring, and any required facilitated discussion and final rubric submission. Dhaka Technologies Limited Company issues payment by direct deposit or check within 30 calendar days of OSSE’s verification. Failure to complete timely, high-quality reviews affects payment and disqualifies reviewers from future assignments. To apply, candidates should email a resume showing their degree and field experience to [email protected] with the job title in the subject line. Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a Grant Reviewer Application and Conflict of Interest Form before being recommended to OSSE.

  • Base all scores and comments only on the applicant’s submission in EGMS.
  • Submit scores and comments in EGMS by the review deadline, usually two weeks after receiving applications.
