About The Position
Interested in working on high-impact change across UBS, building consulting-grade skills, and gaining exposure to a range of business challenges? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Group Internal Consulting Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to work as part of a GIC engagement team, supporting the delivery of critical change at scale. You will gain exposure to multiple clients and problem statements, rather than focusing on one narrow area. You will help structure complex challenges, develop actionable solutions, and support execution across transformation and change initiatives. You will build consulting, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills through hands-on project work and targeted training. You will develop confidence working in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
Requirements
- Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above
- Fully completed degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
- Experience working in a project-based environment

- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- Can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
