About The Position

This 10-week paid internship program within the Group Data Management Office (GDMO) is designed for ambitious students interested in finance and data management. Interns will learn core data management concepts, understand and optimize data governance across business divisions, analyze complex datasets, and partner with stakeholders to advise on solutions. The program offers a chance to work in a global firm, learn from experts, and potentially receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program upon completion of studies.

Requirements

Graduates between December 2027 and June 2028
Cumulative GPA of 3.2 and above

Responsibilities

Learn data management concepts such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies, etc.
Understand, document and optimize how business divisions and functions across the firm govern their critical data in line with our data management framework.
Analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and observations.
Understand business requirements and partner with SMEs, and product owners to advise solutions.
Establish strong working relationships with business and Technology stakeholders across the firm.
