2027 Summer Internship - Group Internal Consulting - NY/NJ
About The Position
Interested in working on high-impact change across UBS, building consulting-grade skills, and gaining exposure to a range of business challenges? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Group Internal Consulting (GIC) Summer Internship Program. You’ll get to work as part of a GIC engagement team, supporting the delivery of critical change at scale. You will gain exposure to multiple clients and problem statements, rather than focusing on one narrow area. You will help structure complex challenges, develop actionable solutions, and support execution across transformation and change initiatives. You will build consulting, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills through hands-on project work and targeted training. You will develop confidence working in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 and above
- Experience working in a project-based environment
