About The Position

We are seeking applicants for a Graduate Research Assistant to support a SSHRC-funded research project examining the hidden social, emotional, occupational, and mental health consequences of resilience among immigrant workers across three Canadian provinces. The Graduate Research Assistants will support participant recruitment, and data collection. The project is led by Dr. Charles Gyan at the School of Social Work, McGill University and involves interdisciplinary and interprovincial collaboration focused on immigrant labour experiences, workplace inequities, and social justice.

Requirements

  • Must be a current McGill University Graduate student.
  • Applicants must be fluent in either French or English or both
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong quantitative research skills, including experience with survey data management and statistical analysis
  • Ability to commit to 10-12 hours of work per week.
