About The Position
Airbus is seeking bright minds from around the globe for the Airbus Global Graduate development journey, a personalized, two-year experience designed to cultivate professional skills, enhance business acumen, and hone technical abilities. The program emphasizes leadership potential development from day one, offering a unique perspective on Airbus while contributing to an impactful position. It includes soft-skill development workshops on inclusive leadership, company Values, resilience, communication, and emotional intelligence, along with an annual in-person development week with the global graduate community. The program aims to develop participants into established and valuable team members, sharpening skills in strategically important areas and gaining a deep understanding of Airbus's business. Graduates will learn more about themselves and demonstrate their capability for future leadership challenges within Airbus, with the opportunity to do their best work in an industry reshaping the world.
Requirements
- A degree level or equivalent within Engineering in Aviation
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Quality Conformance Management
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development
- Ability to work in the US without current, or future, need of visa sponsorship
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
Responsibilities
- Practical Problem solving or Root Cause Analysis for Non Conformities
- Protection analysis: understanding Non conformities and Identifying proper means of protection
- Working with Multiple Quality programs for Global communication and tracking of Quality topics
- Identify recurring trends in Non Conformities and host Practical Problem Solving sessions with a Multi Functional team to derive a Root Cause and Corrective action
- Obtain a world wide network with a broad understanding of how teams work in other Airbus Sites
- Support growth into the position through a minimum of one rotational placement
