About The Position

The CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant's responsibilities include supporting the counseling and school psychology faculty supervisors and counselors-in-training who provide telehealth and in-person counseling, assessments, research, and education services. The CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant will maintain the database, client files, intake, assessments, etc. In turn, the CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant student will gain valuable educational knowledge, experience, and skills necessary to succeed in their professional field through their exposure to trainings, workshops, and webinars hosted and supervised by faculty and licensed professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Must be available on weekdays from 3:45 pm- 8:45 pm, Saturdays from 10 am- 3 pm, and alternate on Sundays.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Counseling or Psychology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist callers and guests of the office by providing prompt customer service, resolving inquiries or referring to the appropriate individual.
  • Maintain a supply of forms and materials in the front office for customers and visitors.
  • Assist Clinical faculty, student-clinicians and staff in CARE Center by connecting client, faculty, and students with virtual clinical rooms, in-person sessions, audit client files.
