Requirements
- Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- 3+ years experience in site preparation/grading
- Must be able to operate loader and excavator
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, as needed
- Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments
- Member of a Local Operators Union, or willingness to become a union member are required
- Union membership may not be required prior to employment
Nice To Haves
- A Class A CDL is desired but not necessary prior to hire
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Shape and level surfaces for utility projects, road projects, etc.
- Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
- Ensure materials and workflow stay organized and efficient
- Clean, maintain, and assist in repairing equipment
