About The Position
This role involves learning various customer product specifications and working on production lines to sort incoming raw product (peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) according to these specifications. The primary goal is to maximize the usage of incoming product by ensuring that all product meeting specifications goes into a finished package, while any product not meeting specifications is properly sorted and separated.

- Ability to learn and memorize product specifications.
- Ability to quickly and accurately sort raw product.
