About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a new college graduate to contribute to designing the next generation of GPU system interfaces. The role is part of an architecture team and involves understanding how GPU subsystem modules interoperate with the overall system. It offers the opportunity to work across software, hardware, and verification teams on GPU architecture in a technology-focused company whose products span consumer graphics, artificial intelligence, and self-driving cars. The architect will plan and design features for future GPU generations, create functional and performance models—often in C++—and develop test plans to validate designed features. The role also includes supporting post-silicon validation activities and ongoing learning and development. The position is an existing vacancy. Applications will be accepted at least until November 7, 2026. The expected base salary is $124,000–$195,500 for Level 2 and $152,000–$241,500 for Level 3, based on location, experience, and other objective job-related factors. The employee is also eligible for equity and benefits.
