About The Position

In the role of GPO Manager – Billing & Claims working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Order to Cash team. You will build relationships and liaise with business units, expert users, GBS centers and their leaders to implement global process standards while continuously sharing best practices and identifying opportunities to improve our billing and claims processes. This role will drive operational efficiencies and financial returns both globally and regionally by continuously improving our processes. This position reports to GPO Manager – Billing & Claims and works closely with other process teams to monitor, manage, and report on solution adoption metrics and KPIs. Provide key support to any integration efforts.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, IT OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of business operation or finance.
  • At least 3 years experience in Supply Chain management or accounts receivable with understanding of end-to-end processes.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in relevant SAP modules will be a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Involvement and support in energizing the adoption of the BPE framework and governance, across the areas of business related to transportation, reverse logistics and relevant master data.
  • Lead a network of Expert Users to support sustainment.
  • Ensure operating procedures are established to support execution and adoption; training materials are created and/or maintained to align with process changes.
  • Create a seamless and positive internal and external customer and experience. This involves proactively seeking and actioning feedback from key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and support to breweries, Corporate Accounts Receivable and other business functions with consistent process enhancements and solution adoption. Focus on educating business users on how their actions may prevent billing or claims issues, which may impact on our bottom-line performance.
