About The Position

The GPO Manager - Production Services role, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a position within the GPO Plan to Deliver (PTD) team, bridging Scheduling and Warehouse operations while supporting Supply Planning. This role owns Scheduling end-to-end, serves as the major secondary support for Warehouse, and is the first point of contact for production-services requests — routing them to the right process owner across the team. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager GPO – Plan to Deliver (PTD) and work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including our Warehouse, Planning, Supply Chain, and IT organizations, as well as our ongoing GEM (S/4HANA) upgrade program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business, supply chain, or IT
  • Experience in production or manufacturing scheduling required
  • Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) required
  • Experience working cross-functionally with strong process mapping skills required
  • Knowledge of warehouse and scheduling functionality in a process industry CPG setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in virtual teams in a matrixed, fast-paced organization; a self-starter comfortable working independently across multiple deliverables
  • Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Infor Advanced Scheduling (Infor AS) preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP master data related Scheduling preferred
  • SAP S/4, APO, TM experience preferred
  • Experience operating within a production services or shared-services environment preferred
  • Experience in large-scale technology transformations or projects preferred

Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end Scheduling process governance, execution, and continuous improvement across our production environment
  • Serving as the major secondary support for Warehouse operations — stepping in on execution and strategy alongside the primary Warehouse process owner
  • Acting as the first point of contact for production services requests, triaging and routing them to the right GPO process owner
  • Supporting Supply Planning (SP) processes, with flexible capacity for Materials Planning and Transportation as needed
  • Partnering on our GEM (S/4HANA) upgrade program, with dedicated focus on the Scheduling workstream
  • Driving 'end-to-end' business ownership of Process, Data & Reporting within Scheduling
  • Implementing our sustainment methodology and principles in line with Molson Coors strategy
