Build strong relationships with local businesses, commercial and fleet clients. Drive commercial vehicle sales to meet and exceed goals. Collaborate with service & fleet maintenance teams to provide full lifecycle client support. Stay up to date on new products, vehicle technology, and upfitting options. Manage a personal client portfolio with follow-up systems that create repeat and referral business. Represent the O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln, with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up on leads to drive sales. Present proposals to municipalities, city government and business owners, when necessary. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close a sale and enhance customer satisfaction. Be able to work in a team environment.
