About The Position

Greeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Commercial Vehicle & Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a high-income opportunity for a driven automotive professional who understands commercial vehicle sales, business development, and fleet relationship management. We are looking for a candidate with prior automotive fleet/commercial sales experience. CDJR experience is strongly preferred. For the right candidate with the right experience, relocation assistance is available. This position offers a strong compensation package with $100,000+ income potential and virtually unlimited earning opportunity.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive fleet or commercial sales experience required
  • CDJR experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial trucks, vans, chassis cabs, and fleet solutions
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer retention
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and fleet clients
  • Actively prospect and generate new business accounts throughout the region
  • Visit local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and commercial accounts to grow fleet sales
  • Maintain and grow existing commercial customer relationships
  • Assist customers with vehicle selection, upfitting options, financing, and fleet solutions
  • Stay current on all Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram commercial vehicle products, incentives, certifications, and fleet programs
  • Coordinate vehicle ordering, inventory management, and delivery timelines
  • Work closely with finance, service, and management teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
  • Maintain CRM follow-up, account management, and prospecting activities daily
  • Represent the dealership professionally within the business community
