About The Position
As a Gourmet Food Runner for Sadelle's Cafe at Bellagio, you will provide excellent service throughout the dining experience by delivering guest orders, maintaining tables, and exceeding guest satisfaction. Working closely with the service team in a high-energy dining room, you will coordinate the transport of signature dishes and towers, perform station duties, and maintain cleanliness to support an exceptional resort dining experience. The starting rate is $14.5047 per hour plus tips. Successful completion of the Restaurant Training Program and testing is required. Varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Nice To Haves
- Four or more years of prior relevant experience as a Food Runner in a high-volume, upscale, or luxury restaurant environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and relevant greeting and use menu knowledge, guest preferences, service, and selling techniques to guide selections.
- Know menu items, prices, preparation methods and times, major ingredients, quality standards, and presentation details.
- Be familiar with hotel services and features, as well as local attractions and activities, to respond accurately to guest inquiries.
- Maintain table cleanliness using a silent service approach.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
- Work as part of the team and assist with guest and employee needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate delivery of signature dishes and towers, complete station duties, and maintain cleanliness.
