About The Position

Comanche Trace in Kerrville, Texas, is hiring a part-time Golf Shop Supervisor. The role supports golf course guests and members in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. The supervisor processes reservations, assists with guest check-in and questions, handles golf shop inventory, and processes payments through the point-of-sale system. The position also supports daily cash and account reconciliation and other duties assigned by a supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for golf course guests.
• Assist arriving guests with customer service to expedite check-in.
• Provide members and guests with information about food and beverage options.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green fees, cart fees, and other revenue, and process transactions in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist with packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist with reconciling cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at closing.
• Perform related duties assigned by a supervisor or manager.
